Delivery

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.

For international orders, shipping rates are calculated by region to better reflect carrier costs and delivery requirements:

International Shipping Rates (Standard Delivery):

Canada & Mexico: $35
Europe & United Kingdom: $50
Asia & Oceania: $60
Rest of World: $75

International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing. Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which may be collected upon delivery.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you are happy with your purchase. Should you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which they were received, including all original tags (please see exemptions below).

To initiate a return, please contact us at customercare@topgearny.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 3 business days of approval.

Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange, we are happy to assist subject to product availability. Once your return is received, replacement items are typically shipped within 5 business days. If your requested item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss available options.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method and retaining proof of postage. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Please do not dispose of or destroy any item, including faulty products, before contacting us to arrange a return.

Exemptions & Exceptions

Sale Items: All sale items are final and non-refundable.
Underwear / Briefs: Due to hygiene reasons, underwear garments are final sale.
Swimwear: Eligible for return or exchange only if original tags and hygienic liners remain fully intact.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
